Ten Fun Facts About Me

1. I started cooking at a very young age, I'm guessing around 5 years old.
2. I have no culinary education, just self taught with the help of Google and family/friends.
3. I truly love cooking, its a hobby. 
4. I'm not a picky eater, I prefer to try new things over old things.
5. I'm not much of a sweet tooth, although I do love a bowl of rocky road ice cream.
6. From personal experience, Japan has the best sashimi.
7. I like my steak medium rare.
8. There's no shortcuts to cooking a good meal.
9. All pictures on this blog are taken with my iPhone.
10. I cook on a regular basis, at-least 3-5 times a week.
